Matthew West Interview: Grammy Winner’s Funniest Christian Artist (Cops & Faith) | David A.R. White

About this episode

Buckle up—this is the funniest Christian music episode you’ll ever hear!
5x Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum singer-songwriter Matthew West (“Hello, My Name Is,” “The God Who Stays,” “Truth Be Told”) parks his red Ferrari (temporarily) to join David A.R. White (God’s Not Dead, Pure Flix) for an absolute riot on The White House Pod – Dare to Dream!

Matthew brings non-stop laughs + real talk about:

Forgetting his luggage at the airport… while driving a Ferrari

Getting pulled over by the cops (and what he told them)

How a small-town kid became the Godfather of Christian music

Writing 200+ #1 hits for himself, Casting Crowns, Rascal Flatts & more

The hilarious story behind “Hello, My Name Is”
Faith, fatherhood, and why he still can’t believe this is his life

New music dropping in 2026 that’s going to wreck you (in the best way)

If you love Matthew West songs, Christian music that actually slaps, or just need to laugh until you cry—this episode is pure joy on steroids!
